Update to original post: Many changes have been made and the vibe has completely changed, but the owner has been very accommodating with my tanning and toning package, even special ordered lotions for me ect;. I believe every effort is being made to maintain and repair equipment as well as adding more services. I used to love this place, but lately it has been very unkept and the decor has changed to old and outdated which makes it seem a bit like maybe it's not the best choice for tanning. If they do not take care of the facility, do I expect they are taking care of the equipment?

I am a senior graduate from graduation a couple nights ago and I am sadly disappointed with the actions and lack of communication of this company to have MY night put to a halt. Not only was graduation in the rain and I was very hungry and excited to eat at a nice family dinner, we ended up having to wait even later to play ring-around-the-Rosies to get a car that was never told couldnt park there. I felt that this was very rude inconsiderate considering the circumstances all of us have faced this year. There could been so many ways to have handled the situation. Considering more schools havent even had prom yet, this couldve been a really good way of promoting your company, but instead you decided to give a hard night too what was supposed to be a beautiful ending of our year
