If an employee state a price it should be honored! Zoe rudely dismissed her employee that gave us a price on a pair of shoes and said it was wrong and would not honor the price on an unmarked pair of shoes. Rude and shouldn't be working in customer service.

The manager at Ross in moore was so unprofessional today and did not stand behind her employees. Needed a price Che k and asked asst manager for one then after shopping for two hours got to check out cashier called asst Manager to verify he agreed with us and she started to ring it up and then decided to ask the manager and she did not stand by her employees decision and she doubled the price to 50.00 for a pair of shoes . The asst manager was so embarrassed and Zoey the manager was so out of line and un professional. We spend over 400 in there today and I nor my sisters will never again shop at this location. Stand behind your employees decisions or dont authorize them to do your job !!!
