Tick-Toc Clock Repair

It saddens me to say this gentleman did not do the job, but didn't stand behind his work ... to the tune of $650-$700! When our Howard Miller Grandfather Clock STILL wasn't running right, he did come back, but acted angry/insulted that he had to come back. After less than one day, it STILL wasn't running the way it should. Not only does it NOT keep time any longer, but won't chime. I should have taken my first clue when he first walked in the door and upon seeing the clock, exclaimed he really didn't like working on these types of clocks. Well, why did he even bother??? So disappointing!

The owner is super nice, ordered a part for my clock. It came in quick and reasonably priced I highly recommend this company.

Took 5 watches for battery replacement. He replaced all 5 but could not get one back to secure. Didn't charge me even when I came and we finally got it on. He was concerned about breaking the glass and being this was a gift from my Grandfather for my Marine Corp graduation 15 years ago i greatly appreciated his delicate and thoughtful mindset. He usually works on big clocks but will take watch orders i believe only for battery replacement. Very nice man i have used him previously for a few links i needed off of 1 of my Invictus.. Im definitely going back as he as always provided me a great service with a smile and calls to inform me of any extra details. He will even suggest other options if he can't accommodate.. great business and he has a returning customer in me 5 stars¡¡
