I ranked as a 1 because they dont show a 0. Poor is an overstatement regarding the entire structure. From holes in the walls, indentations in the ceiling to cracked cement. I would NOT recommend RHomes in FL. We are STILL waiting for yet another request to fix his contractors massive errors. Very poor customer service.

Update: R & R Homes lost their Better Business Bureau accreditation. Tells you a lot!! This developer does not care about his neighborhoods. I encourage anyone to drive through Kingsridge west and speak to the residents. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I waited few years to write this post. Talking with neighbors everyone has pretty much the same experience with this company. They can blame the subcontractors all they want but they are once in charge here. First of all Nancy shouldnt be in charge handling Communication with the buyers at all. We all had same Interaction with her, one point we got the wrong update and we had correct her because we knew what was going on with the project than her. She didnt even remember our names. Poor customer service. It become clear she wasnt person to talk to when we saw something with house. Once we got to know Kale was one of them building superintendence( not sure if thats right term) he would gives us the Realistic updates. And actually try to fix what the subcontractor did wrong. Example we notice the they put the island in wrong even with the blueprints on the window in front of it. And they even move the plumbing. Keep mind this did not fit the space when they did it which why we brought it up. It was fix within few days. Understand we got the house when supply chain was super Challenging. Which there wasnt too much we had to worry about beside cabinet doors. I cant stress enough on getting home inspection we found our house didnt have installation which they fixed. They fixed most mostly everything on the inspection list. There was one thing noted that was never fix or correct and now has gotten Significantly worse every year because the concrete was never formed, correct. We brought this up before our year Warranty was over and I was told its erosion it doesnt cover that. Pictures will be place below of the back porch Concrete slab, which is moving and degrading a couple years old house. There wouldnt be erosion if the slab was actually done properly. Keep in mind, this is pulling on our pillar that connects to our roof. Sadly, were not the only ones whove had reported concrete issues throughout our neighborhood. Our neighbor house has pillar cracking on his back porch. Built at the same as our house. The most frustration part about the back slab issue they just threw a piece of grass over the hole to cover it so we wouldnt initially see it and not that point we were tired of fighting with them. Next subject paint, keep in mind we knew the paint codes colors since selected them in the design studio ( Danielle was amazing with Communication, And let us know when stuff was backorder, and we could easily switch it out). About 6 month -1 year we had to get some paint to cover wall damage from Picture frames falling off the wall take out chunks of the wall not a big deal. Went to Kelly Moore because I knew thats where they got the paint particularly. They looked up the house and match numbers and we found out. They painted our whole walls and ceilings in lacquer paint. Which very hard to color match even with the exact information they need for the color because they used lacquer paint on the walls instead of latex paint. So pretty much we need repaint our whole house if we want things to match. We bought can of paint to try it out. Nope. Here are some positive things I will say I like about the house. The woodwork and trim work is really nice. I think that really helps. I think they had some of the best layouts currently out in the market when it comes to housing. I will say I love my home, but is a very frustrating process and Im still really frustrated particularly over the back porch slab and how much money is gonna cost to replace somebody elses poor work ethic. Custom service is not this company strong suit at all. Theres some few good ones which I dont think are even with them anymore and Im really sad I had to leave such a poor review over our first home. Im sure theres a lot Im not remembering but these were the biggest factors And thats consistent through our whole community's that are in RR developed. Remember Nancy telling us this was their first community in this price point, they usually work on the higher valued houses.
