#AirComfortSolutions These people are crooks!!! Just to show how crooked, their Facebook page boast 5 Stars. As of today ACS has an 'F' rating at all 3 locations in Oklahoma according to the BBB, in which they no longer participate. We got screwed out of $2000 by Air Comfort Solutions and had trouble until we hired someone else and they found all the mistakes made by the sevice people. We bought 2 complete HVAC systems from them. Started breaking down after our last so-called maintenance check right after the warranty expired. Coincidence? I think not. I just found out today that screws were stripped by one of their technicians. It can't be fixed!!! SHAME ON YOU ALL!!! Someone should investigate their deceptive trade practices. They delete bad reviews as well. Not an honest company!!!

The ACS technician’s names are Frank Miles. He is friendly, courteous, kind, and professional. He knows his job well. I give him Five Plus (5+). I like and respect Frank. I request that he be the technician to come back next year to tune up my house heating. Thank you.

I have had Air Comfort Solutions come out to my house three times for plumbing. The first time was for a leak to be repaired. Gary fixed the problem and I haven't had a leak since then! The other two times were for a clog. Taylor was very informative when he was there for the first one, took photos to show me some plumbing that may cause problems in the future and gave me a rough estimate on what it would cost to fix. Unfortunately, a month later I had another clog. Seth and Brian came out to clear the clog again, they worked very quickly and got my water draining and were able to answer more of my questions about the plumbing that needs to be updated. I asked for the formal estimate and I'm pretty sure I still only got the ball park estimate with nothing written down. Overall I have been fairly happy with the work that has been done and with all the technicians that have come out so far, but I have not received any receipts for my payments, so I can't review them for what was done or see a breakdown of the cost. My last appointment was supposed to have the service charge waived, but I don't think they did that. An emailed receipt would have been great since everything else was done through email.
