        While the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly they arent professional and are scatterbrained. Our counselor would often cancel last minute, forget reoccurring appointments, move and reschedule last minute, or have family emergencies on several occasions. Hard to teach your child to be secure and trust some one who doesnt keep their word. Or a kid who takes lots of structure. Id like to say that it was just our therapist that was like this but after dealing with several of the counselors for a few other children its a common practice. They are unprofessional and lacking in the organizational skills. So no progress is made
