My son works for Tracker Marine. We both thought it was a good place to work for but we were wrong. Not only did they not pay the employees for their holiday leave (which they couldn't work even if they wanted to because the place was closed) they're now refusing to pay sick leave for anyone that tests positive for Covid-19!!! This is infuriating!!! Tracker Marine can definitely afford to pay their employees for holidays and sick leave. But they don't!!!! It's absolutely outrageous. If I could give them zero stars I would. So if my son ends up getting covid, he isn't reporting it to them. He'll continue to work. Because he can't afford not to work!

I worked there back when it was Bayliner boats back in 91 to 94 it was a great place to work back then very good people to work for. Now I have no idea what it's like now.

I worked at Tracker for about 5 years. I had a terrible time with management, and the way the place was ran was laughable. It’s a “good old boy” system. Imagine Jimmy from King of the Hill being your boss.
I was literally handed drugs on the shop floor, and one guy threatened everyone in front of the boss because someone stole a sack of pills out of his toolbox. There were stories of ICE doing raids on the place because it supposedly employed a lot of undocumented immigrants, and there was a massive meth problem.
The plant manager once told us that he knew we passed a lot of defects through the door, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. He said that “this is why we offer a great warranty.”
The only thing good that I have to say about Tracker is that it was such a terrible place to work that it opened my eyes and convinced me that I needed to go back to school and earn my degree, which I did. Absolute garbage job.

This location just built me a brand new 21lts after doing so to replace my 2019 that they also built. Long story short. 62 cracks on my 2019 and 48 gelcoat defects on my 2021. In addition, they broke my trolling motor, my boat trailer. Absolutely the worst customer service and craftsmanship out of any company I've ever dealt with.
