They transported my grandmother from the hospital, she died on the way over but they pretended she was fine when bringing her home. My mother pointed out that she was not living and the 2 EMS guys acted as if she was fine. My mom took a pulse to confirm she was gone, only to be told by one of these guys she was fine 5 minutes ago. She was cold to my mothers touch, there is no way her heart was beating 5 minutes ago. As awful as that sounds it gets worse- now this company is trying to charge my mother for this failed transport. The drivers had no clue what to do in that situation which only shows how poorly trained they were. This company is scamming people who are already going through a world of pain. Shame on you.

If I could I would give this place a absolute Zero for employees! They treat employees completely unsafe! Running 18 hrs or more all over the state of Oklahoma even into Kansas and Texas! Which would be ok if they gave employees time to rest. But dispatch claims that drive back to base is the down time! No it is not! These amazing people who protect lives are being put at risk by this company! And if you try to confront them they then block you on social media and delete your comments. Shame on you!!!!! Protect and do better by your employees and then you wouldnt have people writing about you! My family member almost died because they had been run so hard with no rest the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
