        If you’re looking for a honest opinion. You’re better off throwing away your money then buying a house from here . In my experience as a person who crushes and throws away houses for a living all of the houses they have are total garbage. They get these houses for free then sell them for 10-60 thousand dollars , I looked at one they we’re selling for 10k and o literally fell threw the floor. Do not buy your house from here !

        Very poor construction When trailer arrived had faulty heater that blew up in 2 peoples faces Refused to fix After 2021 blizzard found out floor in bathroom had three boards covered by vinyll flooring so we have to refloor and I don't mean three boards I mean 3 2x4s Purchased trailer fully insulated on bottom RECIEVED home with NO insulation I could go on and on All I will say is BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Lies lies and you know what ,?? More lies
