Jennifer and I have agreed on a price for my machine, she was supposed to pick it up, then no reply. Seems like this is classic Jennifer behavior. I can't believe she still works there. Definitely not the person I would want to be representing my business.

After reading the reviews, I found a similar one like what has been happening to me. "image Update: 11/8/18 I did delay initial offer but then a later offer of $200 was accepted and an agreement was signed.after re-speaking to a representative from Drand, the agreement was sent to me by the rep, signed, sent back and accepted by her. The delay from there was because I called several times to speak to her about delivery and left many messages on her voicemail. After many weeks and no return phone call, I called another number and found out she no longer worked for Drand, (I believe her name was Jennifer Phillips), no one had called to inform me of her departure. Finally, there was discussion to pick it up at the end of the week and that you wanted to pay by credit card. After that, I made several attempts to have Drand honor the signed agreement but I never heard back. It wasn't a threat, I said I would let the public know about the service at Drand and that's exactly what this google review is. Very unprofessional. Reneges on agreements. Doesn't return calls or emails regarding signed agreements . " Jennifer DOES still work there, and still hasn't paid for delivered items. Months have gone by. Office of Inspector General will get this next.
