Would give negative stars if possible. I saw the same PA since they started. Never got back to exam on time once. I showed up 8 minutes late one time and they refused to see me. The receptionist was rude to me and walked away when I caught her in a lie. The other receptionist took the time to at least talk to me. Absolutely no admin in the building. No one is responsible. Told the CEO would call me. No, that didn't happen.

My experience at this facility is as follows. I see Sean Baker. He was a nice doctor when I first started to see him, but as soon as I told him I needed help with a drug rehab place, he instantly called a psych impatient mental hospital in Ada. I honestly really didn't appreciate that. Thanks a lit doc.

Ginger Ferguson is one of the most unprofessional and inefficient medical professionals I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. She asked me if I did meth a couple of appointments ago because my teeth are very messed up, despite being my primary care physician for a while at that point who would have already known if I was doing hard drugs. Fun fact: I wasn’t. Anyway, during that same visit she also failed to direct me to the other SCMRC branch that deals with dental issues when I specifically asked her if she had any resources at her disposal that could assist me in correcting my severe dental issues before they become an even bigger health issue (because, y’know, people’s dental health can be directly tied to their overall physical and mental well-being! Crazy, right?) and she explicitly told me there was nothing she could do and to see an orthodontist. Despite, again, having access to a branch of SCMRC that deals specifically with dental work! I had to find out from my mother that that branch even existed! Thankfully she worked at the Lindsay office a few years ago and was aware of it’s existence otherwise I would have been totally helpless in Ginger’s care! So fun. She’s also totally inattentive to the concerns of her patients and loves to give WebMD level analysis of health issues (for example, I have a lump on my chest at the moment that I was told to “keep an eye on”) and explains away every single thing as the least severe scenario, which I would be fine with if she was just trying to keep me calm, but she literally just chooses the least scary scenario and says that is the way it is and does absolutely nothing to follow up on those concerns. I also specifically asked for blood and urine labs to be performed when scheduling my most recent appointment (and was told they would do the labs via the alley by the building) but when the time came for the appointment I was told I had to do it via phone and that no labs would be performed. Then during the appointment itself, when explaining my health concerns, Ginger told me “well you’d need to come in in person for blood and urine labs” so I will admit she has maybe an ounce of common sense. I will say her medical assistant is very sweet and helpful and is usually the most worthwhile part of my visits but beyond that the operation has been jumbled and disorganized every. single. time I have needed health assistance. I shudder to think what experiences other people with less ability to self-advocate are having at that place. I have friends and family who go here as well and have the same issues with inattentiveness and apathy to people’s very real health concerns. I would never recommend this place so long as Ginger and the current staff in charge of making appointments are employed there because your health will not be handled with even an iota of actual respect.
