Purchased the cupcakes and cheesecake 🧀. I'm a very picky eater, had to right a review...great taste, no bitter after taste,great texture! I will be back! The service was also great and Covid19 precautions in place!

I stopped in for some KETO treats and was blown away by the taste of them. I will definitely be back! She offer regular treats along with sugar and gluten-free items.

Paid so much for a special 60th birthday cake for my sister, the frosting was a screen print (never discussed at time of ordering) light purple frosting with dark purple flowers is what was discussed. Cake was grainy, it was the furthest from buttercream, NO one finished cake (it was embarrassing). My sister is a Baker & her cake was 1000x better than what we served her for her birthday. I have to say I would not recommended. Giant Eagle, Sam's, Bjs is much better.

This past weekend my family decided to throw a impromptu birthday for my brother's 25th birthday. I was tasked with getting the food for the event, including a cake from Sam's Club. As I drove into the plaza I happened to see the sign on the front of "Classie Cakes by Yvonne" that mentioned that they served keto desserts.
I took an immediate right turn into the parking lot for this hidden gem of a bakery and walked in to someone who I assume is Yvonne on the phone taking an order, but even while busy was able to greet me and let me know she would be right with me.
She could have taken as long as she wanted, as I was in a trance. The amount of keto deserts she has is absolutely outstanding. Even better is the fact that she has the carb counts for every single item she has for sale listed so you know how to fit the delicious gift from the heavens into your macros for the day.
Up to this point her bakery and customer service has already earned her a 5 star review, but the next part is what earned her my business as long as Yvonne continues to be in business. I asked her if she would be able to make us a treat for the party tonight, as a small number of us are all on keto and cannot partake in the cake I was originally in the area to pick up.
At first she told me she could not as she was just far too busy, but after a little thought she agreed to whip us up something as long as I could come get it later in the day! I agreed, bought some cookies and a slice of the keto carrot cake and I was on my way out the door.
Ya'll, I can't tell you how amazing the brownie bowl she made us was.. I wish I had a picture of it, but it went faster than the cake and ice-cream it self! After I tried the first bite and talked about how great it was, even more people started to try the dessert... it was a HUGE hit, and rightfully so.
Thank you Yvonne. I was able to stick to my diet even during a cake and ice-cream filled birthday party because of you and your ability to fit me in to your tight schedule. I look forward to being able to come back and visit for any and every occasion I can possibly think of in the near future!
