**UPDATE: After using Facebook Messenger, I was able to get in contact with the photographer (almost instant reply) and she was understanding of my situation. She was unaware but is now working with me to ensure my issue is resolved promptly. She has agreed to either coordinate the delivery of my photos or reprint and send a new set directly to me. Unfortunate this post started out this way but the business owner is committed to my full satisfaction. For now I will recommend 3-stars based on customer service. Once I receive the photos, I will upgrade as appropriate. But I'm sure I will be completely satisfied with the results. ---------------------------------------------- Very bad business practices. I paid directly to the photographer for my son's football photos and two months later I have yet to receive them. I've called multiple times but since this seems to be a home run business it goes to a personal cell phone voicemail; no answer. I did make contact once but was told that my photos were given to a "team rep" whose name was unknown. So I paid them directly but my photos are given to some random person and apparently I'm supposed to hunt down this person to ask for the photos I purchased? And who knows what is being done with my son's photos right now! Very unprofessional business! I have basically been robbed. Highly recommend against ever using this company.
