        Waited 3 hours to be seen and still nothing. They shouldnt say its a 25 minute wait when its not even close to that. Very unprofessional!

        Absolutely amazing!! I am a retired Army vet. I went to the emergency room in January 2024. I waited approximately 5 minutes before I was seen. Ended up getting blood work and a CT scan to see what was going on. Within an hour I was given the results of both and admitted for diverticulitis. I stayed in the hospital for 4 days. Everything was as good as it could be for being in a hospital room. Fast forward a couple months I went in for a colonoscopy. They were quick and very professional. I would highly recommend them and from now on they will be the only ones I go to for medical issues.

        We went to a Southwestern Hospital yesterday and we where greeted by Sarah Robinson RN in Pre-OP/Pat she answered all of our questions no matter what it was a pleasure to talk to her, she made us feel welcome she is definitely a asset to the Hospital.When we left we new exactly what to do thank you Sarah
