I had no idea what to ask for when I brought my car in for service. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. The car was fixed the same day, and the service department called to tell me what would happen each step of the way. I will recommend them to anyone!

I called to check to see if my problem was covered under warrantee. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. When I arrived, they opened the door for me. Ms. Ana Jackson was especially helpful. She took care of my vehicle promptly. She kept me informed on progress and offered me a ride home in case I was unable to wait. I chose to wait. While I waited, the finance manager, Mr. Dennis Kaplan greeted me and ensured I was well taken care of. He even spent the time to discuss our next trade in plans. He also asked about my family and expressed genuine concern about me and my situation. Dennis is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met, courteous, and professional as well. Then the store manager, Ramona, came over and greeted me. She also ensured I was well taken care of. She shared the latest Nissan news with me and asked how my family was doing. My Frontier was ready rather quickly, I was happily surprised. The whole experience made me feel like I was a member of the Nissan family. Best experience I have ever had. I am happy I bought my vehicle from Nissan of Lawton, great vehicle, but the customer service is priceless !
