Chris was amazing! First off, he was a pleasure to talk to and flexible with setting an appointment. Secondly, he was on time once the appointment was set. Third, you could immediately tell he was knowledgeable about his work and within his field. Fourth, he was HONEST. He didn’t oversell anything and diagnosed the problem with several solutions depending on what route I wanted to take. Last, he fixed the problem.
