        The CSR line is AWFUL. This company has been so terrible with their customer service, the way they’ve acted during this pandemic & their overall attitude this whole year that honestly the next time I move if I don’t have another option for an electric company I will literally NOT MOVE THERE. That’s how horrible they’ve been. Their linemen are amazing & are hardworking but it’s their CSR towards their customers that has me making sure I’ll never use this company ever again & I’ll let everyone I know not to use them.
