Don't rent from this place. We mobed in and it was filthy and the carpet wasnt cleaned or changed, old grease bowl under the kitch cabinet. They told us to move everything out, (which wasnt alot at that time.) And they would shampoo carpet. Didnt offer to clean it if we moved stuff to the dinning room. Always had roaches. They never went away. Got in the fridge, cabinet, drawers, and even crawling behind the tape around the wall. Apartment leaked twice and even left the ceiling drooping and they wouldn't fix it. We paid rent the 31st of Dec and we moved out because of multiple problems on the 11th and we called and they will not give rent back. Trying to say the lease says it won't after its up. If the lease was up then a new one should have been signed or they shouldn't have accepted the rent money. The lease says it is prorated for the initial period, which is before not after, the main lady doesn't even know the definition. So, taking it to a lawyer.

They apartments seem okay. However, the manager is extremely rude. Be prepared to be treated like you are just putting her through so much trouble to apply. It is sad that the woman has to be so rude other wise these would be great little apartments.
