Ben wired a steel building I added to my property. He was prompt, responsive, a good communicator, his price was fair, and he found ways to save me money in configuring the work I wanted done. By using a family owned business, I avoided paying for upgrades I didn't need and for big company advertising. I would highly recommend Ben's Electric! For 3 weeks I had a fish smell in the garage that I couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I had a plumber and a roofer come out and had no luck to get rid of the smell. Everyone I spoke with thought I was crazy and said it was a dead animal. Then I woke up and the fish smell had turned into a burning smell. I have an older house that had outdated wiring. Some of the plugs would trip the breaker and eventually one caught on fire. Ben, at Ben's electric came to help, quickly (as the plug was in my daughter's room and scared me to death!) I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but Ben not only gave me a reasonable and affordable price, he also donated his time and effort to help my elderly neighbor who had also been having issues in several rooms. He did this out of his own time and heart without charging them a thing. I assured we would find a way to repay his kindness and also pay it forward. He said not to worry about it that it was nothing and he was glad he was able to help! I appreciate you, Ben! You are definitely a blessing and I appreciate all of your kindness, especially putting forth your own time and care in order to help those in need. Elderly or not, it is nice to still see the good in this world! Thank you so much! I will most definitely recommend you to anyone who needs an electrician!
