Texas County Tag Agency

I had a bad experience here today. I went to get my unrestricted license as I was up for a new one. I had an appointment set up at the DMV that I set up online. The DMV told me to go over to the tag agency, and I did. They asked if I had an appointment and they said what I had would not work. She said to set up an appointment you had to come in and set it up and that online would not work. There was one other person in there wrapping up, and there was nobody behind me either. I live 45 minutes away from Guymon, so of course I was not wanting to make the trip twice. The lady rudely told me that I could not get my license today and I would have to come back another day. I asked to set up an appointment and she literally told me appointments that were open FOR LATER TODAY! I asked her if I could do tomorrow sometime so I don't have to miss more school. She got out the appointment times for tomorrow and I saw that 5pm was an option, so I asked for 5pm. She replied "Oh, no that is not an option" and proceeded to scribble it out. So I asked for 4:40 and she let me have that one but acted like it was an inconvenience. Overall, I am displeased with my experience here. If you have a chance to go somewhere else, go there!

Gets the job done, no complaints. Though I’m a bit curious as to why staff is not allowed to speak a different language in the building.

the worst customer service I have ever received in my life I called on the phone to ask a question and a lady treated me very badly . if she had a bad day she didn't have to take it out on clients.
