Americas Best Value Inn Guymon

Read several glowing reviews, Im guessing wrote by owner. The name has been changed to the Budget Inn. Things I quickly noticed: Smoke detector torn down and hot wire exposed. Curtain partially attached to rod Carpets torn and frayed, Numerous holes in walls. Hanger rack torn halfway off Bathroom not washed in months as evidenced by the film of dirt around the top of the shower, mold around the corners and nose hairs stuck to the wall next to the toilet paper. Shower head broke and sprays out in several different directions, also mounted about 5 feet, great if your a midget. Door trim rotted and torn up by a pet that had been apparently locked in bathroom. Bathroom vent fan did not work, thus the mold. The list goes on, do not bring family to this place.
