They won't even answer their phone! I've been trying to get a place here for the last 6 months, they told me I was on a waiting list the one time I did get ahold of them and now I've waited a few months, tried to call back and can't even leave a message because their machine is full! This place needs some new management

I have been around this complex nearly 10 years... my mom has lived here that long, I moved in almost 3 years ago. Trisha Hawkins and her assistant Delaney are the best management team I have seen in all that time. I have given 4 stars because we have been minus a maintenance person more time than we have had one, and up until Nathan, who has moved on, the others were quite simply useless. Hope this new hire works out. Hope springs eternal.

Very unprofessional management! Maintenance doesn't get done properly if at all! The place needs managers who follow rules an do their jobs correctly!
