Ray Tyler crew did a complete excavation and replacement of sewer lines all the way from our house to the city line. Installed new backflow box, removed old clay piping, fixed broken and leaking outdoor water faucet interfaced with the city for permits etc. They were very professional, and stayed right with this complex job until finished. They were even very sensitive to covid health concerns when some of the work brought them indoors. Their charges seemed well in line with the volume of work they did. My wife and I would heartily recommend them to the community at large. Update note - the crew came back about 2 weeks later to address a small plumbing vent issue that was still affecting our system. They tracked down the cause and even replaced a few indoor parts with no additional charge for either parts or labor. We were impressed to find a business dedicated to standing behind their work. I love Ray Tyler plumbing. They are always on time, don't make a mess, friendly and are fair with their prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
