I drove an hour only to be told the appointment time was wrong by 30 minutes. They refused to even prescribe me antibiotics after giving me the wrong time. A tooth infection can be deadly this is complete malpractice!!!

I WENT TO GET SEVERAL TEETH PULLED AND GET FULL DENTURES, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A YEAR FOR MY GUMS TO STOP SWELLING AT THAT TIME MY PERMANANT DENTURES WOULD BE MADE I GIVE THEM JUST UNDER 1000.00 BUCKS CASH THAT WAS MY PART INSURANCE PAID THE MAJORITY OF THE REST OF THE COST. THEY HAD ME COME BACK EVERY 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR A NEW SOFT LINER TO MAKE UP FOR MY GUMS SHRINKING, WELL GUESS WHAT DURING THAT YEAR THE ORIGINAL GUY THAT MADE MY TEETH QUIT AND THEY GOT THIS WOMAN IN THERE THAT MAKES DENTURES ON THE SIDE OUT OF HER GARAGE, SHE SAID SHE SEES ALL KINDS OF THINGS WRONG WITH THEM BUT IT WON'T MATTED IN THE END BECAUSE SHE WOULD BE MAKING ME A NEW PERMANENT SET SO WE FINISHED OUT THE YEAR AND THEY HAD ME DROP OFF MY DENTURES AT 8 AM AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT 3 TO PICK UP MY NEW PERMANENT DENTURES, WHEN I GOT THEM WHILE SPEAKING TO HER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE THE SAME DENTURES I JUST GOT A RELINE, SO SHE LIED TO ME THE OFFICE STOOD BEHIND HER AND DID NOTHING, I PURCHASED THE BETTER OF THE TWO OPTIONS THEY GIVE ME, I PAID MY PART IN ADVANCE JUST UNDER 1000.00 DOLLERS CASH I PAID FOR THE BETTER DENTURES, I PAID TO HAVE ALL MY TEETH PULLED AFTERWARDS I KEPT TELLING THEM THERE WAS STILL A PIECE OF TOOTH IN THERE THEY KEPT BLOWING ME OFF SO ON ONE OF MY VISITS I TOOK MY FINGERNAIL AND MADE IT BLEED SO BAD THEY HAD TO LOOK AND WALA! OH I'M SORRY MR. HENDRYX THERE IS A PIECE OF TOOTH STILL IN THERE AND NOW I'VE GOT A WISDOM TOOTH STILL IN THERE THAT I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO PULL, THE WOMAN CHANGED HER STORY AND ALL I GOT FOR THE GOOD DENTURES IS A SET OF SECOND RATE WHEN BUILT MENT TO BE TEMPERARY FOR A YEAR SET OF DENTURES WITH A RELINE INSTEAD OF THE DENTURES I PAID FOR, AND THE OFFICE STOOD BEHIND HER AND DID NOTHING, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR NOTHING THEY ARE LIERS, FEEL FREE TO CALL ME FOUR ONE SEVEN THREE NINE TWO ZERO FOUR TWO ONE.

I went to Dr. Goodwin for professional advise as my teeth were in bad condition. He advised I should have dentures. With a lot of thought I decided to proceed. I followed through with his advise and had my teeth pulled with a certified surgeon in Tulsa. I had my prepared teeth put in the day of surgery. They told me the plates were a terrible fit. The day after surgery I returned to Dr. Goodwin's office as advised. Bleeding and in pain. I was advised to return in four weeks.
I paid cash in advance of approox. $1400.00. The $1400.00 was to include visits for the next 12 months for services to insure the dentures would fit and I would be satisfied with technical services to provide me with functional set of dentures.
My first visit was in February. Not too much was accomplished on this visit as I was still in the healing process. The Tech said come back in four weeks. Although, she had trouble putting the dentures in and out of my mouth. She explained it as I had a small mouth.
In the months going forward, she would become very confrontational when I complained about the bad fit. After six months I still could not keep the plates in my mouth without gagging or vomiting. I could not eat or take a drink of anything without my teeth falling out of my mouth. I tried so hard to make these dentures workable. I am 62 years old and the last thing I want is for friends and family to see me without teeth.
After six months of visits with this dreadful technician I started to realize I was getting nowhere. I would tell her I was having problems and she would tell me it was my fault and I was in the problem. Example: I told her the upper plate did not fit and there was a space on the roof of my mouth that I could stick my tough in between the roof of my mouth and the denture, she called me a liar and all the problems I was having was my fault. She was very confrontational on all my follow-up visits. She blamed all my problems on me. She gave me no consideration that she could possible be wrong as to fit. She admittedly argued with me each time I came to follow-up visits. All she would do is re-line my dentures each time.
The dentures she originally designed for my upper plate resembled a small pancake. They were very flat. They were very large for my mouth. The front of the plate protruded out of my mouth like buck teeth. They were so protruded they pushed my upper lip up so much they actually shut off my being able to breath through my nose.
I would not advise anyone to use this technician to design dentures, not even my horse. I dis the Goodwin's for using such a poor excuse of a technician. She is rude to the customers. She calls the customers liars if they do not agree with her. She will tell you over and over that she has 30 years of experience. And you are wrong and “She” is right. Customers beware.
I ask for my money back for the remaining visits and she said, “you don't get money back when you go to the hospital for surgery”. Go figure.
I think I have been scammed. She deliberately made me dissatisfied with her services, causing me to terminate. I have never been so disgusted with someone who professes to be a professional in my life.
P.S. - The worst excuse of professionalism I have ever experienced. Worst of all the office of Dr. Goodwin supports her. She is arrogant, rude, argumentitive and a flat out liar. I have six or seven more linings to go that I have paid for but I don't want to ever want to ever see her again. What a waste of money!!!!!!
