Cissy is back and all that was formerly Bobbies Flowers is now served with the same familiar style and flair we grew up on combined with a unique dash of panache a la Cissy!

Husband was out of town on Valentine's day and he wanted to send a special gift to me his wife. They didn't deliver when promises and poor quality for the price. Totally ruined my day and surprise. Will not recommend them or use them again.
