Blue Moon Medical Supply

I ordered two ankle braces from Blue Moon Medical on Amazon and selected two-day Prime shipping. I understand different circumstances can occur that cause a package to arrive late. However, I expect the problem to be resolved when I contact the seller to report the problem after giving 2 additional days (Dec 2) on top of the promised 2 days (Nov 30). The seller stated a replacement item was shipped and would arrive the following Monday (Dec 5). Sure, I can wait another weekend. Monday arrived. Still no package. I sent another email to the seller the same day. They claimed they would check with the local post office. No further response. I sent another email yesterday (Dec 9) asking where my item is and left negative seller feedback regarding the experience. After leaving the feedback, the seller called me and said the second order would be arriving today (Dec 10). Either this means it was never shipped the second time, or they selected the slowest shipping after it was already late. Then, he had the gall to ask for me to remove my legitimate review. I said I would think about it if/when my items actually arrive. Today comes (Dec 10) and my package arrives. However, it's only one of the two items I ordered. I also come to find my negative feedback has been removed from Amazon even though it contained no foul language and pertained to this negative experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Blue Moon Medical.

I never received my order. They told me that it must have gotten lost in the mail. I asked them to resend-never heard from them again. A bunch of swindlers.

I ordered a product in mid January 2017. When it did not arrive I waited several days beyond the estimated delivery date and contacted the vendor. I was told that the item was lost in the mail but that they would send a replacement. 9 days later it has not arrived. I am wondering if the other reviewer who mentioned scam was correct. This reflects poorly on Blue Moon Medical and Amazon, who has been very reliable in the past.
