        Called Ems to facility and guy showed up by self. Helped him situate resident on gurney and he was very polite and nice. When second guy showed up he was rude and hateful to staff and resident. Sorry we bothered you with someone who fell and might have broke something.

        They transported me to Bass Hospital after a Car Accident where I was hit from behind. Very good team!
