Sat at drive through window for 10 min before they realized I was there. Then they took another 10 min to deposit my cash deposit. Other days I am told it will take a while to deposit my cash deposit because they are in the back doing there end of day paperwork instead of taking care of customers. Other days I am given a hand written recite because they wont finish my deposit for a while

Do not bank here or at any IBC, they are thieves and liars worst bank you could ever use, there turnover rate is worse then mcdonalds, they don't care about you, they will charge you for anything they can and will steal you money to pay for charges that you didn't authorize or approve, you have been warned

I have used this bank for 12+ years. These past couple years they have been a joke and nasty. They go through help almost on a daily/weekly basis. In December of 2016 I got charged a lot of fees for their mess ups. They sent statements and life insurance advertisements to my physical instead of mailing and they got returned. I WAS SET FOR PAPERLESS so should of never got junk mail and charged for it.
Then Saturday 7-15-2017 they refused to deposit my payroll checks and to also deposit checks that were endorsed over to my personal and business accounts. I have been getting these checks from work for 7 years and also been depositing the endorsed checks into both my accounts for last 2 years. Never been overdrawn and always had more than 5000 in each account.
I then went to close out my personal account and business accounts and they refused to let me. Both accounts are positive. Now I have to take a day off work to fight with them and possibly hire a lawyer.
Stay away from this bank. They are thieves, constantly changing policy's, can't keep help, and highly uneducated, not to mention unprofessional and hateful.
