Couldn't get a hold of a real person For truck rental. Their phone system doesn't have the option for truck rental and when I chose storage a lady on the phone said I would have to speak to the front desk and transfered me to the front desk where it started all over again and sent me to the voice mail for them to call back. i will call somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Got there 15 minutes before closing to pick up a reservation and they had already closed up shop. Would not recommend!

I would be EXTREMELY cautious when renting a U-Haul from this location. Most people write horrible reviews to give a bad name but this review is far from ANY type of degradation. Here are the facts. #1 This is an "affiliate" location. They are NOT direct Uhaul employees. I have been a uhaul customer for well over 10 years and Have NEVER experienced the level of unprofessionalism (after return) My initial experience upon renting was very fabulous and so accomadating! I can NOT disregard that. My concern with this location is that I returned my Uhaul after hours the same day at a later time than expected. As an upstanding citizen( that literally lives next door in the complex I am very aware of fees charged when renting an extra day. Im not complaining about those charges. The vehicle sat over the weekend on days the facility was closed. Motion censored cameras that THEY invested show me returning the vehicle and dropping the key off. I received a receipt for the vehicle on a Tuesday (three days later) after i returned this vehicle on saturday. The company is now accusing a 150 lb 5 three woman of stealing a truck part and is trying to hold me liable for their property that was returned. I am so disappointed because they never called and asked or mentioned any issues. I called THEM to ask what the word CAT meant. At that time I was made aware of the cadillitic converter being removed from the vehicle. These people NEVER called me and asked me anything. The level of unprofessionalism is enough to be really cautious. Again the initial transaction was great but there are ulterior motives at this location. U haul is a great company... RENT DIRECTLY FROM UHAUL.....affliated companies have their OWN rules and you will NOT be protected the way you would by renting directly. I purchased a bundle of boxes, i chose this location because its less than 1 mile from my home and i was told there was NO inventory for my move date. I was told They only had 2 trucks but they were down for repairs. The same two trucks are parked out front and all of a sudden they mysteriously have mechanical issues BEWARE
