Very efficient at calling to let you know the details on when they are going to come out. Great at returning calls. They were quick on roofing and it looks great. Answered any questions or concerned you at had.

Great Expectations definitely lives up to their name. After hail damaged our home, a rep came out and documented the damages. Later when our insurance adjuster questioned whether they needed to replace our roof, the owner of Great Expectations, Lane Yeager began to fight for us. He met with the adjuster and showed him the damages that the adjuster had missed and handled all of the insurance portion for us. Lane’s crews arrived on time, did great work, and cleaned up all of the mess. We are very happy with their work and will always refer Great Expectations to our friends and family.
