        Moved in with dead roaches in windows and fridge. Fridge was dead upon move in, as well as AC. Took a week to fix. Now currently without a fridge for 12 days. Owners scammed another tenant, all hot water for building was connected to a single tenants electricity, and when tenant moved and turned electricity off, the rest of us were without hot water for a week. They run way over priced slums (Over $3k for a 4 unit converted house). $1k for 700 sq ft. Avoid the company, and if you are already in a lease, be sure to save EVERYTHING and put everything in writing. Currently breaking lease so my kids can have actual food.
