This company is absolute garbage. Made a payment in person, and they claim I never paid it after they transferred my HOA to another company, and so I ended up having to pay twice. I would run from this company and definitely keep all receipts from money orders and cashier checks cause they will keep your money but not apply it to your account.

The people in the local office are very helpful and nice. However in trying to negoitate some of the details in their agreement, specfically the one where the make they HOA's reponsible for their employees (rediclous) and them wanting to be an additonal insured on our General Liaiblity and Directors and Officers liability policies and were unwilling to do the same for us. Very unusual, typically the entity being paid for and performing serivces indemnifies those the performing services on behalf of. We asked for mutual indenmification wherein we would protect them from our actions and they would protect us from theirs which is very common in service contracts. Their corporate office in Texas was unwilling to discuss language that would be fair and equitable to all parties. After many years of being with this company I found it suprising they would not willing to meet and try to find middle ground.

This company does not adhere to HOA laws.Their statements are not audited and they don't provide "maintenance." They promise to send someone out but never come. They are rude, condescending and refuse to give access to information (financial records) to homeowners that have a legal right to see. If you drive by this Edmond office there are high-end luxury vehicles in the employee parking area. How do basic bookkeepers afford Mercedes, Range Rovers and BMW;S? When questioned about coming to their office to look at financial records, they refused and told me "if you want that information so bad, run for the board." Their statements are based solely on what the board president remits, the monthly statements are always months behind, and they add HOA dues to certain accounts based solely on the word of a board member. For 2 years I've requested a reconciliation statement for erroneous missed payments and have received no help. Whatever they charge is way too much, and even though we pay $7000 a year for an audited financial statement by a certified accountant annually, this is the 3rd year and not one has been provided.

NSC has completely saved our neighborhood from losing our HOA. We were with a previous management company prior to NSC and the relationship with them and the neighbors appeared strained when i stepped in as President. Sarah was able to take all of our financials get everything visible and now we have a whole dashboard where we can approve bills, see our money, and neighborhood information. Sarah is KIND, she emails at all hours of the night (she never sleeps!!!) and she is always quick to provide instructions and as a baby HOA president, she made me feel also comforted while the neighborhood pitch forks were getting ready!!! If you want peace of mind, I cant recommend Sarah and the crew at NSC enough because she calmed the storms of being a new HOA and made everything so much easier.
