Terrible service, paid for a whole year of weed treatment and pest control. Michael Biglow said that he would be out every 6 weeks to treat the yard and once a quarter for pest control. First treatment went fine. 7 weeks later I asked when he planned to come out and he said that week. On Friday I asked if he was coming out and he rescheduled for Monday. On Monday, he rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday he rescheduled for Wednesday. He finally showed up on Wednesday which was 8 weeks after the first treatment. I asked for times each time so that I could make sure my dogs were not outside, however he just showed up without notice that Wednesday. Fast forward another 6 weeks and I again had to ask when he was coming out, as I hadn't heard from him on when he would be there. He told me Friday. He then asked to reschedule for Monday, Monday wasn't good for me so we rescheduled for the following Friday. He then rescheduled again due to him being out of town. So we pushed it out to the next Thursday so I would be home. Thursday I ask if we are still on and he says yes. Never saw him. Finally after I asked he said that he thought we were set to for Friday, not Thursday even though our messages said Thursday and that day I asked if he would be there today at 10 and he said yes. At this point it's been 8 weeks since our second treatment and I've had enough. I asked for a refund for the remainder of the year since he has not held up his part of the agreement and he said he doesn't do refunds. I will be disputing this with my credit card and then going the route of court. Please let this be a warning for others, I should have looked up his reviews and didn't.

Mike sold me a bill of goods. He quoted me $180. then double charged my credit card. When I called him he started telling me my yard was bigger than I said. When I tried to cancel the contract he was reluctant. I turned it into my credit card company and they refunded one of the charges but I will have to take hime to court for the remainder. He is a crook all the way around. Watch out!

Some guy named Michael Biglow agreed to spray my yard n collected $50. Not a yellow sprig or wilted weed anywhere. Called Vibrant Lawnz from the Invoice left on my door and was told he doesnt work there anymore and is known for claiming he sprayed when he didnt. They say they r not responsible
