Eric was wonderful to work with, even with my calling and emailing him multiple times a day he remained professional and was always quick to answer any questions I had and was willing to explain anything I didn’t understand, by far my favorite lawyer I’ve ever worked with.

We hired a roofing company who proved to be less that honest. They tried to increase the cost of the repair once the job was done. When we refused they placed a lien on our home and served us with a law suit. Most lawyers we contacted just told us to pay what they wanted. In good conscience we could not. We contacted Eric and he advised us of all of our options and agreed to take the case. After two years the case was dismissed thanks to Eric's efforts.

Mr. Cotton took my case in January and had it wrapped up and settled by April, all during this pandemic. He answered all my question in a timely manner and kept me updated during the whole process. He’s a great lawyer in his field and he gets results.
