Our job dealt with water control, by way of a retaining wall and a few drain systems. We also had a fence line moved, and existing landscape rock placed to help with keeping the integrity of eroded areas. Kingsley tried to use as much existing material that he could, to cut cost, and he was determined to fix our water issue. He was easily accessible and on the job site more than not. The final bill was still a punch to the gut, but it was a big job. Inflated material costs didn't help, either. He didn't finalize the job until we were satisfied, and he followed up on the work after the first rain. So far, so good!

Installed sprinklers front and backyard, leveled out and placed retaining wall, French drains, new trees and shrubbery for flowerbeds, sod, concrete patio extension, river rock. Excellent work, absolutely no complaints, best price and was able to use one company instead of juggling multiple companies for each project. Poor communication with Kingsley, the owner. They didn't do the job right. Instead of sending out a crew to repair, he kept sending out a guy and his wife. They worked their butts off, but because he would send them out after dark, sometimes til midnight or 1am, they were exhausted after a few days. Drains still aren't correct and can't get a response from the owner. He cashed my check with no problems though. Now hiring a different company to fix the whole project. I've never installed drains before, but honestly feel that I could have done better after watching a YouTube tutorial and saved over $5k. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
