Hot stone bowl bibimbap was beyond delicious. Their beef bulgogi is some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back.

Ive been eating here for a couple years now, and my experience yesterday guaranteed I wont be back. First, we had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The waitress explained that our ticket didnt get sent back until wed already waited 45 minutes for even an appetizer. I let this go and understood. One dish was brought out with no meat in it. It wasnt made correctly. I didnt have time to wait for them to remake it, so I asked it be taken off the bill since it was made incorrectly and wouldnt be eaten. This was refused, and she instead charged me half for the dish. I couldve let the delay go, these things happen. But how unbelievably rude to not take full accountability for your mistakes. There are better places to spend your money.
