    Scammers. Don't use them. They charged me a 69.00 reporting fee. Not in my contract. I've never ever been charged such an erroneous fee. I canceled service and now they are being vindictive and won't remove the charge.

    After 3 days of them having me do the same thing over and over and over and over with the same results they refused to sell me a new credit card machine (I was willing to pay the $260 but they refused!!!!!) We had to try and cancel our service before they would help fix our problem. We are a retail store who can't take credit cards what part of that don't they understand. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company!!!

    We've been processing payroll with them for a few months now, still haven't had a payroll process without errors on their part. Their platform is always being worked on or under maintenance. Their API connections for 3rd party integrated services are terrible and outdated. We also signed onto their merchant services product. There were 3 key things we needed and they promised they could deliver. After it was pointed out to them that 1 of these 3 feature requirements wasn't working, our account manager ghosted us and hasn't returned calls or emails. That's after our original account manager for the Payroll Processing & and another account manager for the Merchant Services company both quit and we were assigned new ones for both services RIGHT AS WE WERE ONBOARDING! Our account manager for the payroll services works in PST time zone and we are in CST so by the time we come in two hours earlier than they do and leave two hours earlier than they do, plus throw an hour lunch break in there which obviously doesn't coincide since they start their day at a different time, we have about 3 hours a day where we are both available at the same time out of an 8 hour business day. I emailed, called, and left a voicemail to the upper managers who are listed in the "How Are We Doing" section of the account manager's emails, no response...I'm not surprised. Every time I try to call one of them directly it goes to voicemail, and if I call into the general number, they're never available and I have to leave a message or work with a general person. I'm not sure what the point of a dedicated account manager is at this point.
