        I bought a Don Terrell Home 14 years ago. The mortar between my bricks is degrading. I also paid $16K for a brick wall that is falling apart. One observer said it looks more like 100 years old. The mortar mix was substandard. I have lots of pictures that I wish I could post here. I’ve never seen a brick home degrade like mine. Beware of this builder. When notified a few years ago, they didn’t fix it and it has just gotten worse.
