Jessica has the best personality and is the first person that could/ would finally get my hair the way Ive always wanted it my whole life. Ive always been told I cant have blonde hair or it will be damaged or brassy. Well I found Jessica and she got my hair just where I wanted it. To top it off my hair is still healthy which is important to me, she listens to what you really want. She really is awesome. I just love her & I just met her! Definitely recommend her!

Jessica did my hair for my wedding, along with 2 of my bridesmaids. We showed her pictures of what we wanted and she was able to recreated it beautifully. I really never thought I could look like all the beautiful bride photos I've seen online, but Jessica helped to make that happen! My bridesmaids' hair were also beautiful! The WORST hair salon experience of my life. I got my hair colored and cut by Jessica last Saturday. I requested a red/copper balayage with a brown shadow root. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. My hair turned out nothing like the picture, and I said so while I was still in the chair. She convinced me against my better judgment that it was what I asked for (my fault, I should've stood my ground) and I ended up paying $230 for hair that again, was nothing like I asked for. Then to make matters worse I washed my hair ONE time, several days after receiving the service, and my hair is completely faded and stripped of the color. Jessica claims that it is my shampoo and it is all my fault for not buying her expensive products. I have had my hair done before, I've colored it myself before, and my shampoo has NEVER stripped my hair. She offered to re-tone it, but with her attitude I have no interest in stepping foot back in her salon, or paying her any additional money for it to just be ruined in one wash. She has refused me a refund, and offered no other solutions but to berate me for the shampoo I used one time, and told me I have a rotten soul. So, if y'all want a stylist like that touching your hair, be my guest. Pictures attached, anyone with a set of eyeballs can see how what I asked for vs what I got isn't even in the same ballpark. Oh and also, she edits the fuck out of her pictures on Instagram, so don't trust them.Update: The response from the "owner" is her husband, and his "points" are lies. I never stated I've never had my hair professionally done, I actually told her I've had it done once before. I also told her that my most recent dye was NOT box dye. I never stated I used professional grade shampoo. And I did not lie about washing my hair ONCE with normal shampoo. They do in fact edit their photos on Instagram because the photos I have vs the one posted to her Instagram look incredibly different. You can see for yourself in the attached photo. The photo I shared WAS in the ring light, which is why I'm posing like that lol. Also, you didn't terminate me as a client. I will never be back and that was decided far before you "terminated me." Lmao.
