    I purchased a Z365R through P&K in 2021, the purchase was smooth however after financing it I found out JD does not report to credit agencies so there was really no point in financing for me personally. If youre trying to build credit up this is not the way. I had a full service done the first season, wasnt very impressed with the cleaning when I received it back but figured its a mower so not a big deal even though the charge was over 250$ After my 3rd season I decided to try them again in 2023/24 and was given an estimate of an additional 260$ on top of the 250 maintenance package. I was told the blades couldnt be sharpened and needed to be replaced, front tire had a flat due to a marking flag and is not repairable because its on a side wall (not sure why, its a mower, not intended for any major speed which is why most tire places wont repair on sidewalls) lastly rear tire needed sealant to repair another flat. Just beware, sounds like a money grab to me, Ill take and purchase my equipment from somewhere else in the future. John Deere products are good however, P and K not so much.
