Durant Medical Pharmacy & Supply

I received a shoulder brace and it's to big it's a large I contact both company Durant and Aryse company on the box and I have not received my replacement shoulder brace and it has been almost 2 months now. This company is not considering a customer's issue.

Well for starters, you are never greeted with a smile. Everyone always acts like they hate their jobs when I go up there. I just went up there tonight to get syringes and was treated poorly when I asked to inspect the product to verify everything was correct "because it's been wrong before" I was told "the pharmacist picked it out, its good." the only reason I go here is because they're the only place that does compounds in Durant. I dread going here and so does my wife, EVERY TIME! I'll be looking for another pharmacy to do business with in Texas I guess .

I placed an order. I found out the product was unavailable (broken) after I paid for it. I was assured by the owner that I would get the product soon. Three weeks later I finally received the order and the product did not work (faulty). I had to call the manufacturer, to find that out, because I got no help from this business. The owner Bill Cox personally sold this to me. He has promised that his product would be picked up and I would have a refund three times. After three more weeks he won't answer my calls. I should have demanded my money back immediately at the beginning. I have had to make a report with the Better Business Bureau for the first time ever. I wish you luck with another vender.
