Giving them down money, they showed me property that should have been condemned, it was so low within code enforcement regulations. My money was taken, and non-refundable.

Dina Woods is a wonderful landlord, and even better person. I rented two different houses from her in a span of four years. She was always quick to help any issues I had. The houses were both in excellent condition; both having been recently remodeled. I was surprised to read some of these reviews. I will always be grateful to Dina and consider her before anyone, if I was to rent again.
