I was returning my phone within the 7-Day policy range and the customer representative was named Matt was very aggressive with how you speaking to me he wouldn't allow me to return my phone because of pamphlet missing and the box wasn't it wasn't completely destroyed it just a flap was on the box and I contact customer service and they stated to me that no matter what as long as you bring the phone in the device and everything then you guys refund the device it's gotten late and I've been trying to return my phone now being delayed I'm returning my phone I'm disappointed with the store I think that the store is treated me wrong and when I called her some service they told me what they told me saying that it will be repackaged and everything I'm just disappointed that I can't return my phone please help me out with this because he told me he was the manager and it turns out he had called his manager and the manager approved it I'm very disappointed with the store.

The customer service at cricket on se 29th was that of disrespectful and after Complying with his order as of how their return policy go by then call his supervisor and was noted that he complain he had was not valid in to allow me to go ahead with the return once I route came back the charger in which I had given to him earlier was not in the box and he stated that he would not do the return to see the charger not being in the box I told him that he had the charger and he told me he didn’t steal the charger and that he refused to do my return on a $365 cell phone purchase

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The manager is completely out of line. This customer came in repeatedly to return his device and was told he couldn't return the device with the manual. This customer even called customer service when in the store to confirm he didnt need the manual to return the device. This customer was sitting down waiting his turn in line and when it was his turn the manager walked over and searched the area he was sitting and said he stole a charger. There were literally no devices where this customer was sitting. Then said that he couldn't return the device because it wasnt the charger that came with the device without even looking at the device. To top things off the manager even called the cops on this guy.. This customer was completely discriminated against because he was bisexual. This is totally out of line and unacceptable!!!! WHY ARE WE STILL TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY? I will be cancelling all 5 of my lines immediately telling all my friends and family about this.
