As I was leaving the store the other day my walker leg got caught on the rug by the front door because the rug was pushed up in the front I fell and cut my right arm and elbow up and I was laying between the doors my walker was the only thing that kept the doors from closing on me and no one came to help my gf came out and I showed her what happen she went in and got a lady and came out and got my ID and phone number and she called store manager who has not got ahold of us about it or to see how I am well I just had back surgery last year and not only is my arm hurt I twisted my back and neck. The manager has had 4 days to get ahold of us but has he NO
