Our technicians were Dustin and Bobby. Dustin explained every step of the process and contacted me with approximate time of his arrival and also accommodated an appointment change. Both were very professional and went the extra step to assist my elderly parent in her situation. I would highly recommend using their services.

Called about a possible bed bed bugs scare in our home. Dustin was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism! I would use them in a heartbeat for any pest needs in the future!! If you need a bed bug specialist they are it!!

I called Mike who explained a few things to me and got someone to inspect my home within two hours. Dustin came and did his inspection in all of the rooms and Confirmed bed bugs, but somehow got lucky and so far have only found evidence in one room. We caught it fast! Dustin was very thorough on explaining the chemicals and how everything works. He has ALL of the bed bug knowledge...how long they live without feeding how many eggs what temperature they start dying at etc. He explains everything along the way. I could not have been more happy as I definitely decided i didnt want to self treat this problem lol. He has great customer service skills Services: General pest inspection, Bed bug extermination
