HealthCare Stat of Chickasha

Been here since 9:25 am it’s now 12:00 there has been at least 15 people come and go since I’ve signed it that has already been seen? Smh 3 hours is definitely unexceptionable especially since people that signed in hour or more past us has been seen already

So, I needed to be seen quickly and I went to the Urgent Care on Grand. The customer service was horrible and their attention to my needs were non-existent. Needless to say, I walked out. I drove right across the street and went into HealthCare Stat. It was completely different. I walked in, filled out my paperwork as a first time patient and then I was seen. Fairly quick process and I felt like my challenges were of value. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

This clinic has turned into a jungle gym for kids instead of the clinic myself and my family used to feel comfort going to. Idk if it’s new management or owners or what and I made a call to the phone number on their website and was told it would be passed on to upper management. The woman helping us at the front desk seemed distracted by the little kid that was in at the secretary desk and kept asking questions I had already answered over and over again then the kid was running up and down the hallway and playing in the bathroom while we were there. It was so distracting for me and makes me worry the dr seeing was distracted too. I’m glad we weren’t there for anything serious. The woman at the number I called was rude and didn’t care about my concern about the dr or complaint.

I go to health stat often and they always take less than an hour to help me. I receive the best care from all the staff who work there. Today I was helped by Shawn and it took him about five minutes! He was so kind and very helpful!
