This is the most dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. I don't want to even give 1 star but you have to so that it will post. I had a friend stuck in the elevator and he could have told me over the phone what to do (put screwdriver in the hole) but instead came out and charged double time. Then said he had to come back to see what was really wrong. When he came back he was here less than 30 minutes and when I arrived here he told me it was fixed and working great-I went in house to use and it was still not working. Called him immediately and he did not answer (surprise) and then never returned any of the 6 follow up messages I left. He then over billed me again and would not settle. I finally reached the manufacture of the elevator and found it was a program issue in the board and that he did nothing with that at all. He did not know what he was doing and lied about what he did do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE OTHERS THAT ARE HONEST.
