We had a wonderful time out on the rented pontoon! A few pointers: Make sure to give yourself enough time to fill out necessary paperwork at the office first and to make the short drive from the office to the location of the boat docked on shore. Also, make sure to set a dropped pin to the location (on smartphone gps map) of the docked boat location before leaving shore; as this will help you locate the spot accurately at the time of its return. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again.

Terrible experience. Would be nice to rent something that didnt break under its own power. Didnt really want to spend 2 and a half hours towing out a rental.seems they pawn the maintenance off on us. They should have offered us another option and towed it out themselves. They are governed at 25 mph.. Replying to the reply. False. Very convenient that other clients said they saw us doing anything. We also got the off-road vehicle right after a previous group, and you didnt calculate that. So theres that make more excuses. My expectation is to rent a vehicle in working order and it stay working. Not break down under its own power. Plus we have videos of all the rollbar damage on the white can am previous to taking it out.
