Yall, Dr. Shoop is absolutely the BEST dentist! He has been taking care of me and my family for many years. He is kind, super caring, compassionate, gentle, has a calm demeanor, and is also conservative. He has always been the best dentist, but yesterday, on his day off, he went WAY above and beyond! I fell on my face, broke a tooth, and busted my lip. While still laying in the floor, his office was my first call! Of course this would happen when they are closed. So I called the after hours number and he immediately picked up. I told him what happened and he said he would meet me at the office. My husband rushed me up there, still in my nightgown, no bra, hair a mess, and a bloody face. Dr. Shoop was already there with the supplies and local anesthetic waiting!! He made sure I was comfortable, got me all fixed up, and made a plan for follow up treatment needed for the broken tooth. He was so kind, patient, and never seemed inconvenienced by coming in on his day off. He is absolutely the best dentist and human being! You also won't find more friendly and caring human beings than his office staff. They are the most loving group of people. Update. I LOVE my new implant!! Dr. Shoop made sure it was absolutely perfect and my smile looks even better than it did before. Thank you to ALL of you for making this such a pleasant and fun journey!
