Now closed. In it's heyday, a bastion of progressive thinking in a closed minded town. The pastor preached short stimulating sermons (he is now retired). The congregation was more interested in meeting the needs of the community, than bricks and mortar. As such, they could not keep up on the growing deferred maintenance issues. With the redevelopment of the Broken Arrow downtown into the "Rose District", the congregation voted to sell their facilities. The First Presbyterian Church closed on June 30, 2016 after 110 years.
